Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is needed before returning an item. Once the RMA is created for your order, you will be contacted with further instructions on how to return the item.

Please note, you will pay the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are only refunded on a product that was shipped due to our error.

Once we receive your item(s) back, we will issue a refund. It can take several days for a refund to a credit card or PayPal account to go through. If you paid by money order, we will mail a check promptly. If you are exchanging an item, you will receive a shipping notice when your replacement is shipped.

Replacements

If you received a defective item and need to replace it with the same item, please contact Customer Service to request a replacement. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for replacements. You will have 14 days from the RMA date to return the defective item to us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please contact Customer Service to assist you with an exchange.

When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be calculated and applied to your exchange order. We'll mail your exchanged item once we receive your original item back. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for exchanges. You will have 14 days from the RMA date to return the original item to us.

If the item that you are exchanging for costs more than the original item, you will need to pay the difference in cost. You will also need to pay shipping costs.

If the item that you are exchanging for cost less than the original item, we will issue you a partial refund, or apply a credit to your shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact Customer Service. At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement. We will assist you with returning the damaged item to us. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for damaged items. You will have 14 days from the RMA date to return the damaged item to us.

We will issue a refund or ship a replacement once we receive the original item back.

Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong item, please contact Customer Service.
