    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
    To edit or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service by clicking here.
    What are my payment choices?
    Our current payment options are PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Money Order. Money Orders must be in US Dollars and be received within 7 days of placing order.

     

     

    Order Status

    Has my order shipped?
    If you have an account, click the "My Account" link at the top right of our site to check your order's status. Orders that have shipped will have a status of "Complete". We send a Shipping Confirmation to the email address given with the order.
    How do I track my order?
    Account holders may click the "My Account" link at the top right of our site to check your order's status. Orders that have shipped will have a status of "Complete". The shipping carrier's Tracking Number is located under the "Shipments" tab of the order page. You can access tracking information by clicking on either the "Track your Order" link or the "Track this Shipment" link.
    My order never arrived.
    If you have an account, click the "My Account" link at the top right of our site. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Tracking Numbers, track the orders to confirm whether your packages were "delivered" yet or not. We cannot be held liable for missing packages that are showing as "delivered" in the shipping carrier's tracking system. Please click here to contact Customer Service for further assistance.

    Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment. Account holders may login to their account to track their order's status. A shipment confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email address given with the order.
